🎄♥️A Home for the holidays! ♥️🎄
Last week we closed on this little 1950’s gem with the most amazing clients.
This young couple came to me unsure homeownership was possible, and a FSBO that only was only interested at a cash sale, AT FIRST. With team work from literally everyone we pulled it off! These buyers worked hard for every bit of this! Every single thing I asked for, it was done the same day, including the repairs they took on. These are truly the best stories and I’m so incredibly happy for this young couple!
