Over the past year, the East Texas housing market has been showing signs of shifting. While it's not a sharp crash, several indicators point to more buyer leverage, cooling demand, and an environment where price reductions are becoming increasingly common.

We said fair well to our fav attorney Patrick Kuhns last Friday!

These two helped convince me to get into real estate with the gym, and made my first few closings not so scary having some friendly faces there.

No one worked harder on helping me find a building for CFN than this guy. We looked at everything on the market from strip centers, to old auto shops and I’m stoked we found the perfect one before his retirement!!

Sad to say I won’t see you at the closing table later this week, but hey. I’ll see you at 6am 😉
