Current listing price ($147K) is significantly below market and is based on the current condition of the property. The Sellers are interested in receiving offers prior to doing any of the make-ready work from anyone who might be interested in doing all repairs themselves. If not sold before Seller completes the make ready work, the listing price will increase. The pictures are from 2019 but are representative.
