Abbreviated Process I use for my mentees.

- Where do you wanna be when you are 80? Talk in terms of all facets of life, achievement and wealth
- inventory your social balance sheet (not the same thing as an income statement or balance sheet) -- talking network, social connectivity, trades connectivity, or business connectivity
-- Inventory your starting Skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Abilities.

Chart a path.

Starting at strategic objective -- 80 year old's full life reverse engineer to today.

Highly subjective on how the path is charted due to answers you get when you Q & A them on the KSAAs, network, where they are geographically, lifestyle and more....

When people avoid or non respond .... They aren't ready.... Deliberate activities, hyper focused on the strategic goal gets you there...

Anything else is a dilution of focus and a waste of time...

The moment you have suffered much and gotten to the point of deciding to quit.... You decided more than the issue on point that vexed you.

You set a new trajectory in YOUR life. Once YOU accept quitting it only gets easier to accept it Twice, Thrice, and more. Quitting should be as foreign to you as political and media honesty is foreign to all of us....

Fight for brutal honesty absent the spin of media.

I picked up a wonderful PIG property up in Canyon Lake today... Dumpsters in place and the work has commenced. Filthy and sweaty we are getting it done. I love the grind. 4 parcels, 2 structures, 139K.

Exponential wealth growth.

It's never been easier to invest. Now because of congressional disclosures on stock buy / sells we are able to gain insights into where the "smart money" is going. Study the charting of stock valuation for NViDIA, MICROSOFT, APPLE, TESLA..... Notice that massive appreciation the past 4 years. Appreciation is not taxable yet.

Using leverage to buy and tax avoidance via refinancing or 1031 tax deferred exchanges to retain your wealth is called for. Watch the vid. It will hook you up with some insane ideas and connections (social concierge)

I made a slip of the tongue at 2:40-3 minute market I was talking about the self storage guy's return on investor dollars. I think he said 39% on an 18 month investment. I said 99%.. my bad... wishful thinking maybe. In the past I have used this method of cross collateralization and have seen 100% return on investment in 12 months a few times....

Investing is a game, it's fun, and its repeatable (our successes). Bring people along on the journey. Pick up where schools leave off....

You can wait for 537 people to get around to seeing things more like the way you want them (435 in house, 100 in senate and 1 vp, 1 president). Or you can take charge, develop, take chances and deal yourself the cards you want.
