๐ก CLOSED! And let me tell youโthere is absolutely nothing โshortโ about a short sale! ๐
This was one of the most challenging transactions Iโve handled in a long time. It required constant communication, detailed documentation, problem-solving, patience, persistence, and some seriously relentless follow-upโall the way down to the final hour.
A short sale isnโt a quick sale. โShortโ means the proceeds from the sale fall short of what is owed on the property. The lender must approve the sale, and that process can be lengthy, complicated, and extremely delicate.
Not every REALTORยฎ is experienced in short sales, and this is not the kind of transaction where you can submit paperwork and simply wait. You need someone who understands the process, watches every deadline, follows up continuously, anticipates problems, and keeps fighting when another obstacle appears.
This one was especially meaningful because it came through a personal referral from one of my dear friends. That trust means more to me than I can put into words, and Iโm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help someone so special to them. Referrals are the greatest compliment, and I will always be honored to serve the people my clients and friends send my wayโand treat them like family every step of the way. โค๏ธ
This transaction tested every bit of my experience and patienceโbut we got it DONE! Most importantly, my seller avoided foreclosure and can finally close this difficult chapter and move forward. That is what makes all the stress worth it.
If you or someone you know is struggling with mortgage payments or facing foreclosure, please donโt wait until itโs too late. There may be options, and having the right guidance matters.
