🎉 Just wrapped up my first year in real estate—and wow, I’ve learned a lot. Here are my biggest takeaways (so far):
👉 Lesson 1: You need to learn how people want to be talked to, not how to talk to people. Forget the “sales scripts.” Clients want real conversations, not rehearsed lines.
👉 Lesson 2: Brand name means almost nothing compared to trust. Very few people are impressed by the brokerage name—it’s about the person sitting across from them.
👉 Lesson 3: The worm doesn’t always go to the early bird. Sometimes it goes to the late bird. Changing that mindset has made a huge difference for me.
It’s been a year of growth, challenges, and helping incredible people start their home journeys here in San Antonio. Excited to see what year two brings! 🏡
