Roundabout In Buda

When they said, you want to fly the drone, I didn't hesitate. There was a lot of yelling, I think they were just cheering me on.

In seriousness - wow, the site is looking amazing. It might not look like a lot to you, but I see 5 buildings and businesses thriving. This is our phase 1 of the Roundabout - 24,700 square foot retail creation in the making.

Bet they don't offer me to fly the drone again.....

A true destination community retail center is taking shape in Buda. The dirt will officially start moving in March with an official Ground breaking in April. Stay tuned for the fun.

For now - enjoy the three 100 year old cabooses that have been brought to the site. This is a temporary location while we finalize the design on phase 2 of the project. The Cabooses will be part of the Restaurant with all the cool things - pickelball, volleyball, stage, kids area, great food, great times surrounded by history.

The Roundabout in Buda is a Legacy project for our Community. The site will be around for generations to enjoy!

For a bit more information on the where and how of the Cabooses, here is the light version, more to come - https://roundaboutinbuda.com/steel-that-refused-to-disappear/

Stayed tuned as we share the details.......

A little cooler here, a little compressor there... after two ridiculously hot trips to Waco, we are one step closer to making this dream a reality! Our team had a blast (and a few strained muscles) loading up our new (to us) walk-in cooler, 12-door refrigerator, and cooling rack from a recently closed school.

Inch by inch, we're pulling the pieces together for Marjorie McCall's Irish Pub at The Roundabout. We can already taste that perfect Cold pint and amazing fish and chips! By the way – run by Kelly’s Irish Pub if you want to get a pre-view of the fun! https://kellysirishpubatx.com

A huge thanks to everyone who has already helped us find the right partners. We're still actively looking for more amazing tenants to join our community. Your help makes all the difference!

Check out our Target Tenant list at https://roundaboutinbuda.com/target-list-of-tenants/ and share it with friends or businesses you would love to see right here in Buda. Feel free to share those names, we are happy to reach out directly.

Stay Tuned—we have another great tenant announcement coming in the next few days!
