First site visit at an upcoming deconstruction project. Over the moon to be able to salvage all this old wood. It’s so dense, termites can’t eat through it!

Twenty years in real estate and it’s my first time meeting the buyers and their agent at the closing table. This closing was particularly special for me because the property was the first one I’d lived in when I moved to San Antonio so many years ago and one or both of my sons lived in it after I moved out and up until it sold. The buyers are a mother and son who love the property and the neighborhood as much as we do so it was heartwarming to hand over the keys.
Couldn’t be more thankful.
