Finally! House is on the market. Home has been updated with all new wiring, plumbing, roof, flooring, windows, rain gutters, and central HVAC system, granite countertops and appliances, including water heater, stove and microwave. Many headaches and stress went along with this project, but pleased with the outcome.

Our investment property finally coming together. Appliances ordered as well. Future buyers will pretty much have a new home. All new electrical wiring, plumbing along with sewer, windows, installed a HVAC system with ducting, roof to be replaced soon and so much more.

Since my last post, we had to deal with termites and COVID-19. The new plumbing is complete. The electrician is re wiring the entire home and should be complete in a week. Excited with the can lights installed. Next step is Sheetrock throughout home, roofer to do some minor work and mini splits.
