I had two families stop by yesterday and look at this home and they loved the open living area and the kitchen. I like how close it is to the Target, Sea World and all of the food spots close by. Welcome to Instaception, where you can be on IG watching me watch IG. I actually try to stay productive during open houses while I wait for home buyers to walk in the door. Video of the home, reach out to clients, research the area market statistics, anything to make the time efficient, because we’ve all been to open houses that can be discouraging, but it’s what you do with the time that’s most important.
