It was a month filled with airports, road trips, laughter, difficult conversations, unexpected moments, new beginnings, and heartfelt goodbyes. Looking back, I don't think I could have planned a more emotional or meaningful month, even if I tried.

Before buying a home, ask yourself one question:

Can I comfortably afford this home after I move in?

Not:

❌ Can I qualify for it?
❌ Can I stretch to make the payment?

Instead ask:

✔ Can I still save money?
✔ Can I still enjoy life?
✔ Can I handle unexpected repairs?
✔ Can I reach my other financial goals?

Just because a lender approves a certain amount doesn’t mean that’s the amount you should spend.

My goal isn’t helping people buy the most expensive house possible.

My goal is helping people buy the right house for their life.

That’s the difference between a transaction and a long-term relationship.
