Moving into a new place is so exciting, but the whole moving process can also become overwhelming. That's why a thoughtful housewarming gift is more than just a gesture; it can genuinely ease the transition and get the new homeowner excited about their space all over again.

Especially if they love a good monogram.

POV: My dog realizing we moved to a neighborhood where the dogs have a better routine than we do.
Maybe I should add “dog walkability score” to my listings. 🏡🐾

This is your sign to have a Mob Wives themed Galentine’s night.
A little late, but honestly worth it.
Fur coats. Attitude. Loud laughs. Loyal friends.
We might make this a yearly thing.
Would you come to this party? 👀

Stop being weird on social media. No one’s going to buy a house from you.

Too late. 😌

Turns out people like working with real humans, not billboards.

Today we went to Ash Wednesday Mass, and I have to admit… it’s been a long time.

One of my girls wanted to go and participate in Lent. Sitting there, the message that really stayed with me was this:

Think of these 40 days as a renovation.

Pulling up that old, dingy carpet that’s been there for years.
It’s stuck. It’s hard to remove. It’s collected dust and memories and things we’ve ignored.

But underneath it?
There’s something solid. Something worth restoring.

Giving something up for Lent isn’t for show — it’s personal. It’s intentional. As I talked with my daughters, each of them chose something different. And it made me think…

What if this season isn’t just about giving up sweets or soda —
but giving up the things that no longer serve us?

Old habits.
Clutter.
Negativity.
Fear of change.

And maybe — just maybe — it starts at home.

How many times have we walked past something we no longer need? A drawer. A closet. A room we don’t use. A project we’ve put off.

Spring is coming.
Renovation doesn’t always mean tearing down walls. Sometimes it’s just clearing space — physically and mentally — so something new can grow.

Whether it’s your heart, your habits, or your home… this might be the perfect season to refresh.

If you’ve been feeling like it’s time for a new chapter — or even just a little “spring cleaning” conversation about your home — I’m always here. 🤍

Beyond its stunning scenic location, the stone exterior of the house not only keeps heat in during the cold of winter but also keeps heat out in the summer. Stone never goes out of style!
