So excited for my clients and closing escrow this week! I really couldn’t ask for better clients… REALLY! They had a plan laid out when they came to me and I had the tools to make that plan come to life.

Getting into a home before their due date was a big part of that plan🏡👶🏼 To get them where they needed to be quickly, we used several strategies to make their offer competitive in this market.
