Wednesday Weekly San Diego Real Estate Market Update. 📉📈

Boyyy where do I start...

The past couple weeks have been one for the books. From the Los Angeles fires which has directly impacted so many families and businesses to us San Diegans now dealing with brush fires of our own. It has been absolutely crazy! These unfortunate events of course has turned many things on its ear including the Real Estate market.

Despite all these challenges, we rise to the occasion and choose to continue on in our "Life is beautiful!" attitude.🌊☀️

That said, we've seen values dip just slightly in some neighborhoods, some increased, and others stabilizing possibly until we get settled in finding our groove in the new year.

Wednesday Weekly San Diego Real Estate Market Update. 📉📈

In light of the recent fires in Los Angeles, we’ve decided in order to maintain some level of normalcy, we will continue with our weekly updates. We remain optimistic about our economy, local and nationwide.

It’s a new year and many new things are on the horizon. We know LA and California will bounce back better and stronger than ever.🌊☀️

That said, markets have been strained entering the new year. Partly due to the normal winter slowdown and possibly a contributor to that also were the Los Angeles fires. There were some value drops in most zip codes while just a small handful held steady.

Wednesday Weekly San Diego Real Estate Market Update. 📉📈

Hi San Diego. It's a new year with many other things that are new entering 2025. Will the changes from our new administration be the change Americans need to get you into your new home?

December, as expected everything came to a halt with regard to the housing market. The markets, stock markets, housing, the tech sector, many markets are expressing signs of positive changes. I hope you're ready!

Wednesday Weekly San Diego Real Estate Market Update.📉📈

Hi San Diego. Some values have shifted a bit to the lower side which is expected leading into the winter months. Slight drop but value retention still remains much better compared to most markets. This trend will typically continue into the first quarter of the new year at which point we'll begin to see more movement.
