Electrical and plumbing:
After checking the electrical it looks like it will need some work. But not much. Check the plumbing in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Driveway:

Looks in good shape.

Garage:

You will have to replace the side door and the shingles on the garage roof. Not sure what else since the last owner put everything inside and around the house into the garage. Trash and personal belongings.

Roof:

The roof on the house looks good and we didn’t see any roofing or water damage.

This house can be move in ready with about $7,500 dollars in labor and materials. Not sure how much the garage will need, maybe an additional $1,500 to $2,000.
