Represented the seller in this transaction, and as expected, this one flew off the shelf! After just one weekend of showings, we had over 15 offers, and agreed on a purchase price over $100,000+ over asking price!

But of course, this transaction didn’t come without its hiccups. The buyer’s lender was unable to perform on several fronts. Luckily I was able to connect the buyer to one of my preferred lenders who was able to salvage the deal. Another reason having quality connections is so important in this business.

I love a good challenge! This was a long time coming, with a lot of external factors that made this particular sale more challenging than others. Represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Choosing the right listing agent is important! You need someone who is a problem solver, and can work through and around obstacles to deliver the best results for their clients! In this case, this community had insurance issues that wouldn’t allow for traditional loans to be used. So I found a buyer and put together a seller-financed deal that benefited both my seller and buyer, while bypassing the unforeseen issues that came into play.
