JADU is developing! Here the closet is drywalled and the sliding door in. It’s a process!

This is Mittens! He is about 1.6 years old! I adopted him July 4th and put him in my mom’s granny flat in my backyard! He is a snowshoe siamese, curious and smart! He has settled in with mom well! He enjoys watching Capone, 10yr old lab-mix from the sliding glass doors! He escapes and goes to neighbors houses then comes back in an hour on his own! I hope he gets over that! Lol He has exotic markings! What do you think of him?

Constructing a JADU in my downstairs bedroom! My son installed the new sliding door! Making progress! The plan for this JADU is when it is completed my husband and I move into it! Then the master bedroom remodel and addition will be constructed! This will be an incredible project as it requires
4”x4” footings before the construction can begin!

I’m doing a JADU! It’s my downstairs bedroom that will be converted! I had an architect draw the plans and I paid permits!
My son is building it! So amazingly proud and blessed!

Thank you family and friends on all your "Happy Birthday" messages. I did have a fabulous and wonderful birthday. I went on a 5 mile run, then swim/aqua-jog for 1 hour and relaxed with reading "Lessons in Chemistry" poolside. I tried not to work, however, did work on looking for investment property and with managing my properties which I love what I do!
