What types of homes are we looking for?
Our buy box in San Diego is:

Single Family or Multi-Family home
Townhouses with outdoor space and no neighbors above the unit are ok too
A home that could eventually become a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home (even if layout changes are required)
Located in Pacific Beach, North Park, Banker's Hill, University Heights, Normal Heights, Hillcrest or surrounding areas.
