Here’s Our Story - Sound Familiar?

Our founder, (ex-Zillow exec) Chris and his wife Michele popped into an open house one weekend, and she gasped, “this is the one!” They quickly wrote an offer that was accepted, but they had to sell their current home to finance the new purchase. One stressful, nail-biting, stomach-turning, marriage testing month later, they just barely closed on both properties, but it took a herculean effort and every personal favor Chris could muster to get the deal done.

Once the dust settled, Chris was determined to find a way to empower homeowners to move quickly using a method of financing wealthy investors enjoy. His solution is Blueday, named after the clear blue skies of the San Diego coastline and the promise of a brighter future for the American dream of homeownership.

Chris and Michele got their forever home, then we built Blueday to help you reach yours.
