We're excited to announce that we have wrapped up our Irving Ave. New construction project. 5 new units in the Logan Heighs neighborhood. One block from Logan Ave and the freeway 5 entrances.

We have rented 3 of the 5 units and have two (1) bedroom (1) bath loft style units available.

It's a wrap! Historical renovations are done on our San Ysidro "The NoLA" project!

The Nola will be one of San Ysidro's only Historically Registered Landmarks for its contribution to the economic growth of OUR border town of San Ysidro.

This final phase includes 5 additional rental homes to our community.

Big thanks to our friends at Ten Seventy Architecture for all their help on this project, going above and beyond all expectations. Keep an eye out for some exciting new projects we're working on in San Ysidro and Logan Heights! 🏨. 🏘. 🏗. 🔨. 🔧. 👷‍♀️ 👷
