Cathy Geddes was born in Toronto and moved to La Jolla 22 years ago after being transferred during her dental sales career. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, she gained experience during her 30-year career in dental sales, buying and selling homes, managing VRBO properties in Palm Springs, and serving on HOA boards. She also has experience as an owner and manager of mid-century homes, historic designation properties, condominiums, multi-family rental income apartments, to cottage life on the islands of Georgian Bay, Ontario. When Cathy is not working as a Real Estate Agent, she loves spending time with her friends and family, boating on the Great Lakes with her husband, and entertaining at her home.
