Trying to tie into an existing outbuilding can be problematic, especially when it comes to footings and having proper compaction. Grading work done decades prior is not up to par with current standards. When we dig the footings for the new structure up against the existing, often we cannot get compaction and are exposed to settlement issues.🏘️

The actual build can take around 3 months. This does depend on material selection. Standard finishes will make the process faster while customization might come with material back order, etc. But the real delay in the process is the permitting stage. Permits right now in SD are taking about 3-6 months to get approved. 🏘

La construcción puede tomar alrededor de 3 meses. Esto depende de la selección del material.
