🚨🚨🚨Here is your market update for June! You guys, the last month has been wild as hell. Inventory is skyrocketing, I’ve submitted offers below list price, and buyers are starting to get leverage in certain zip codes. Sellers, if you’re on the fence about selling and getting top dollar, you’re missing your chance. With more inventory means more options for buyers thus bringing you less offers.

Here is your market update for April. For the first time since last year, we’ve eclipsed 2,500 units, 2,501 to be exact! That is great news for this crazy market if you’re a buyer. If you’re on the fence about selling, now might be the time while the frenzy is still hot. Interest rates are still on the rise but don’t let that scare you away. Here is your March Market update! Inventory remains to be super low but up a little bit from last month. As of this morning, we’re just under 1800 units in all of San Diego. Interest rates are rising quickly but still relatively low compared to where they were before covid. Sure the market is wild right now but we can still have a conversation about getting you into your next home and start building equity.

Alright folks, here’s your monthly update for January. The market is wild as hell! As of today, there’s only 1,455 total units in all of San Diego county. That includes: Condos, townhomes, single Family, MOBILE HOMES. That’s not a lot… Banks are starting to increase the interest rates so we will see how that comes into play in the coming months. Although there’s not a lot of homes, it’s still worth trying to get into one now while interest rates are still super low. Call me or message me and let’s have a conversation on how I can help you.

And just like that, we’re starting 2022 off strong! This one was bittersweet, my client who is also now a good friend let me stay here for a few weeks while I sold the condo. Turns out, living on the water in Pacific Beach isn’t a bad place to be. Offers came in quick which shortened my stay 😅but we have another happy client!

Here is your monthly market report for November. Inventory is much lower than it was in October 🤯 and the median sales price is also up about $13,000. While you’re waiting for the market to crash, the prices keep going up and will continue to rise. Happy December!

Here is your monthly market update for San Diego County. Very similar numbers, pretty much the only difference is active listings. If you’re thinking about selling, now is the time. With hardly any inventory, more and more buyers are coming out of the woodworks. They don’t have many options and when we market your home just right, the offers will come rolling in. I just looked this morning and there is now less than 2300 active listings in San Diego 🤯

Alright everyone, here is your monthly report for August. Good news for buyers, the median sales price went down about $15,000 from the month of July. Bad news for buyers, there were less houses on the market in August. As most of you know, this market is crazy. Now that summer is coming to an end, what’s going to happen next? Here is your monthly market report. Good news, interest rates are still super low AND we had about 430 more houses on the market in July than in June. The median sale price remained about the same.
