Homeowners and aspiring real estate investors! This clip is just a snippet of talking about a recent project I helped manage for my clients. They purchased a 5 unit building and decided to fully renovate 4 of the units. This came with some technical details of having the tenants cooperate in moving on. It can come with challenges and liability, so make sure you team up with professionals like ourselves who can ALSO connect you with the right professional for the job. Such as attorneys for evicting tenants, getting Airbnb licenses, or dealing with squatters.

Samuel T. Foote is a certified member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®. As a Real Estate professional, he is following in his families footsteps. Born the son of a Commercial Zoning Attorney and brother to a lawyer and Real Estate investor, Real Estate is in his blood. According to genealogy reports he is descended from Lord Fairfax' land manager who donated a portion of the land that the College of William and Mary stands on.

Sam is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a bachelors degree in Political Science with a Minor in Public Relations and Advertising. With a brother in Law School and employment rates for recent law school graduates plummeting, he decided to take a different route than his family. He moved to Costa Rica to study Spanish and Teaching English as a Foreign Language. After spending over a year in the tropical paradise, Sam moved to San Diego where he settled down to pursue a career in Real Estate. His first stepping stone in San Diego was in the field of Hospitality management, where he learned about the people and the city up close and personal. Driven by a desire for professional success, community building and aid to those in need, Sam will be a force for good. With high aspirations, unfaltering determination and a lifetime of accumulated wisdom he is a sharp businessman and puts the client needs first and always deals with integrity.
