Happy Veterans Day! Today, we express our heartfelt gratitude to all who have served and their families for their courage and sacrifice.

Within our own circle, we are proud to have many service members, including cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and friends who answered the call to serve.

Xander and I both grew up as military kids and are thankful to honor these Veterans as our Dads:

• Manny Daen, who served in the Navy for 25 years.
• Alexander’s Dad, Harry White, who served in multiple branches: 2 years in the Army, 22 years in the Navy, and 6 years with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department in retirement.

Thank you once again to all Veterans and their families for your courage and sacrifice.
