Part of my service as a TC is to review disclosures package to ensure we have received all broker required disclosures. I send a PDF of the disclosures to buyers to review first before sending them to be acknowledged electronically. Agents should also take time to review with their clients before they are signed. This is a crucial part of the investigation period for buyers.

Agent tip: fill out your AVID when doing the physical inspection. You can use Glide to make the process easier. Most brokers won’t sign off on your CDA until it’s in your file.
