Bubbles are created when folks stray away from market fundamentals, but that’s not the case today. We have a serious housing shortage nationwide, even worse here in California. Inventory is at an all-time low and new construction can’t keep up with demand.

My honest 2 cents: BUY property now and HOLD the current real estate that you own. Prices ain’t goin down.
