- Saying yes to everything
- Reacting to the day
- No clear focus
We sat down and built a simple 1–3–5 for him:
- 1 main GCI goal for the year
- 3 pillars of prospecting
- 5 daily & weekly actions tied to real convos and appointments
In 12 months, in a “tough” market, he went from 5 to 17 deals…

Year two so far:
- Still running 2–3 open houses most weekends
- Still plugging everyone into the CRM
- Still asking for help when she’s stuck
- Adding a new pillar: social media

Brutally honest truth for agents who didn’t hit their 2025 goals:
It’s usually not because you’re lazy.
It’s probably because you’re running your business on memory.
- Leads in your phone
- Old open houses sign in leads
- Notes in a notebook
- Unorganized CRM
- Follow‑up “when I get a second”
The agents who jump from 5–15 to 20+ aren’t usually smarter or flashier.
They just install simple systems and stop winging it.
Which means they often work less… while closing more.
