So grateful I was able to help my clients find a place to call home and giving home ownership another chance! When my clients came to me they were hesitant and terrified... Their previous experience was unknowingly purchasing a place in a 55+ community and no communication or education from their Realtor and after 2 days got kicked out....
Knowing this, I educated them on every step and made sure they knew everything that was happening. We hit some bumps in the road during this transaction but with their trust, we were able to get this one across the finish line!🎉
