Of the 27 active homes, 3 are in the Rancho Santa Fe area (Rancho Pacifica/ Senterra/ Stratford), 2 are Community of Torrey Highlands (Poway School District), and one is a large equestrian property. This leaves 22 detached homes in the central SDUHSD area of Carmel Valley.
