The Zillow price is the asking price, not always the final deal.

When a home has been sitting on the market, I’m looking beyond just negotiating the price. A seller credit could potentially help with closing costs or even buying down your interest rate, depending on your financing.

Sometimes the opportunity isn’t the house everyone else is fighting over. It’s the one everyone else overlooked.
