The previous message was about Mission Valley San Diego.
One of my friends live there. He has had water leak in the apartment on the ceiling about the same place. The management did not fix the problem. No refund, no real fix. Not to mention the manager very rude behavior. I read her answer to the complaint. I did not believe to my eyes how dismissive, belittling, and rude the manager is.
The complex staff are really good with dealing with apartment repairs. Recently, Alan Campos did an excellent job. Not only did he quickly replace a broken blind, he fixed a problematic kitchen faucet part that was not even on the repair order.
