My water meter was installed on my new built today. Excited to get this project complete.

San Diego water Dept just installed my water meter on my new built property. This took an act of congress. Why do they make so hard and costly? . The water dept now gets to collect a large sewer bill. You would think they would make this easy. Just glad this is complete.

After hiring a class A license contractor paying the permit fees and dealing with a whole lot of shenanigans the water meter was just installed. Why was this so difficult. ? I am very glad this part of this project is complete. San Diego finest city let’s go with that.

Her Hoa fee went up to $721 per month. She hired me to sell her condo and never again to return to an Hoa. Leila is extremely happy with her new home without an Hoa fee. Congratulations lady, proud of you.

City of San Diego. Do you want a second water meter installed ? Or have the front unit share the water expense with the back unit ? That is the question. This is very costly and requires people with class A licenses that you have to pay prevailing wages to. This is way too expensive. The first bill was 19 k for 3 days. This does not include the permits the road signs and we are only 2/3 done. According to some people I got away with murder and it’s cheap. I don’t see cheap in any of this. I see this costing almost 60,000 by the time I’m done it’s gonna take many years to pay back this money. At the end of the day, it might’ve been easier to install a sub meter and somehow divide the front unit in the back unit. It’s water. I won’t know until the end, but I’m not there yet. Any of you guys have opinions about this? Let me know. Have you installed the water meter before in the city of San Diego Paying prevailing wages
