Chad Trower is a San Diego Native and enjoys the Southern California lifestyle with his wife Kristen and their 3 dogs. Chad has worked in several different fields over the years that groomed him to become the successful Realtor that he is today. He worked for both big corporations and small family owned companies, in customer service, sales and management where he quickly realized that the most im

portant asset in any business is the relationships that are developed with clients and customers. One company that Chad worked for tried to take each transaction and make the consumer in that transaction a “Customer for Life” and he has adopted that philosophy to each and every one of his Real Estate Clients. Being a native to San Diego and living in the east county communities for over 30 years ensures that he is knowledgeable about neighborhoods all over the county. Chad also is constantly learning more about this great city and its many great communities within it. San Diego is a big, beautiful and varied city that is sure to have something, and also more importantly, somewhere for everyone. Chad truly enjoys helping people achieve what is still the true American Dream, home ownership. He looks forward to meeting new people and guiding them through the complicated and sometimes stressful process of buying or selling a home. Chad believes that he is more of a concierge than a “salesperson” and strives to make each transaction smoother and more enjoyable than the last. He is constantly trying to improve himself and his team to achieve the best service for clients that is possible.

A lot of buyers start out saying they’re just looking and they’re not in a rush.

Then the right house comes up.

All of a sudden, we’re talking about pre-approval, budget, showings, deadlines, and how quickly we can put an offer together.

You don’t have to rush into buying, but it helps to be prepared before the right one shows up.

What’s the first thing you’d tell someone moving to East County that they need to try, visit, or know about?

Maybe it’s a local restaurant, a favorite trail, a community event, or something you only learn after living here for a while.

Drop your recommendation below. 👇

The post office probably isn’t the first thing you think about when you’re looking at a house, but the everyday stops are part of the decision too.

Drive around. Check out the local businesses. See what the traffic’s like and how the area feels when you’re actually in it.

You’re not just buying a house. You’re choosing the community your family will be part of.

Some things seem like no big deal during a showing.

Then you move in.

And suddenly that little thing shows up every single day.

The driveway that takes strategy.
The garage that technically fits your stuff, but barely.
The laundry setup that makes every load feel like a project.
The kitchen cabinet that opens into another cabinet.
The tiny closet you swore you could make work.
The bathroom location that gets old fast.

Little details have a way of becoming a lot more noticeable when they’re part of everyday life.

That’s why it’s worth slowing down and paying attention.

When someone brings up my name after a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker mentions real estate, that means a lot.

Referrals are never something I take lightly.

So to the people who recommend me, mention me, tag me, or pass my name along, thank you.

I really do appreciate it.

That kind of trust means more than you know.

The best part of real estate isn’t always what shows up online.

It’s not just the signs, the showings, or the closing table.

It’s the relationships.

The trust people give you.

The conversations you get to be part of.

The opportunities this business creates to show up for people, serve where you can, and be connected to something bigger than yourself.

That’s the part I’m most thankful for.

Real estate has opened a lot of doors for me, but the people have always been the best part.

There’s a lot that goes into pricing a property the right way.

Recent sales.
What’s currently on the market.
Buyer activity.
Condition.
Timing.
Location.
And how the home is positioned.

It’s not just pulling a number out of thin air.

Every property is different.

And if someone’s trusting me with one of the biggest decisions they’ll make, I want to make sure the answer is actually useful.

What local business around here deserves a little more love right now?

Could be a restaurant, coffee shop, small shop, contractor, family-owned spot, or anyone doing good work in the community.

Drop their name and what they do best.

Summer at home around here isn’t always the picture-perfect version people post online.

Sometimes it’s kids running in and out.
Dogs tracking dirt through the house.
The back door opening all day.
Dinner happening later than planned.
And every once in a while, something with scales showing up where you weren’t expecting it.

That’s real life in East County.

The best homes aren’t always the ones that look perfect.

They’re the ones that fit the way you actually live.

The land, the animals, the noise, the heat, the dust, the quiet mornings, the backyard, and all the little things that come with it.

That’s home too.
