Rates are moving in the right direction and prices arent sure what to do.

Whats the most important thing to do when selling your home in todays market? PRICE CORRECTLY.

I stood outside of a cancelled Open House today (9/31), talking with my clients, and watched Buyer after Buyer, pull up, and drive away.

Why is this home gettiing so much attention when others arent? Pricing. It was PRICED JUST UNDER market value.

Buyers were talking about offering over. And when I checked, I read that they had received over 15 offers
