Oh the things I learn from my Broker every day! These 3 things can save you, make you, and protect you in the long run! That’s what I’m here! Let me know if any of this grabs you! Oh by the way. If you got your disability for service connected disability after you got your home loan…you could be refunded the funding you paid before you claimed the disability! It’s confusing but once again that’s where I come in!

A lot of people asked me as a realtor: “How much does it cost to build a retaining wall” and it’s approximately 10 grand every 15 linear feet that is a 3 foot high wall and so you can see that that can add up pretty quick when you have 20-100 linear foot surrounding your property… Sometimes a better way to knock two birds out with one stone is to build a pool in the property because that rebar of the pool act as a retaining wall at subterranean levels.
