ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspection looking for issues related to mold and water intrusion.

• Operate equipment in order to take air quality samples.

• Punctuality extremely important

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable car and be willing to drive from job to job (we work all over San Diego County).

• Must be personable and well groomed.

• Must have flexibility in schedule.

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

• High school graduate or GED.

• No criminal history.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Supplies and training will be provided. Work hours are not guaranteed. Great job for advanced college student or stay-at-home parent. We are willing to work around your schedule. Pays $85.00 per job + up sale bonus.
