This is the 4th time in less than a year I get called in by a home seller to help them sell their property after they tried selling with a different realtor, without getting the results they’d hoped for. It definitely feels like more pressure, but I love the challenge and going all out! 💫

🏠 I’m seeing a slight uptick in inventory and an average days on market around 30 days! Prices are still rising steadily due to San Diego being such a desirable place to live and demand remaining high.🔊 With that said, the holidays are definitely a slower time as buyers tend to be focused elsewhere so it’s actually a great time to be looking for that perfect home with higher odds of not having to compete against other offers! 💫 Need a deep dive for your moving goals specifically? November is typically a slower time of year for the real estate market and the latest trends reflect that. With a little more inventory and interest rates staying steady, it could mean more homebuyer opportunities with less competition! ↗️ Prices are still on the rise in desirable neighborhoods like Bay Park, Bay Ho, Clairemont and Pacific Beach, albeit at a much more modest rate. When those interest rates drop, homes will not stay on market very long and inventory may drop again as well. So grateful to positively impact another life! 💓

C.C. and I connected randomly several years ago and have been friends on social media since. When the time came to consider selling her Bay Park property, she reached out and we went for a nice coffee to chat. We discussed her situation, goals, personal desires, timeline and she slept on all the information.

Once she decided to sell, we made a plan to prepare her place for the market to ensure it looked amazing after her tenant moved out.
