Our Investor Client had a dream, and we made it happen:

We negotiated to get this property under contract $31,000 BELOW list price AND the sellers covered his escrow fees!

He wanted a property where he could utilize SB-9 (building multiple units on a R-1 property) and he needed a flat, large lot to do so.

We were able to find the perfect fit in this property and get secure it for under his budget limit of $700k!

I may not have been destined to become a Seaworld Orca Trainer, but I'd like to think 5-year-old me would still be proud of where I landed.

When I reflect on last year and focus in on the next, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the business I've built and the clients who have trusted me along the way.

Getting to do what you love and call it work is truly the greatest gift, second to being an available mom to my two kiddos.

This was one of our favorite closes of 2025!

We knew this home was going to be a popular one with buyer competition, so I worked my magic and got my clients in to see it first (before public showings were even offered).

Our buyers were the
-1st to see it
-1st to offer
-1st to have their offer accepted

Moving quickly on a popular home - even in a down market- is a strategic move that played out well for our clients!

Once in escrow, the general inspection turned up several costly issues. My clients were still in love with the home but didn’t want to inherit the cost of fixing those issues at their original offer price.

What did we do?
We got bids for....
-Roof Replacement
-Mold remediation
-Bathroom and Kitchen repairs

We then used those bids to get the sellers down $75,000 from our initial offer price.

And now, our wonderful buyers got to enjoy the holidays and kicking off the New Year in their forever home!
