Another closing and it couldn’t have been any smoother 😎⁣

Adam and his siblings, Tracey & Heather, were looking for a new home so that once and for all their entire family is out in CA. We were on the hunt intensely for about 3 weeks and boom, we found a place and offer accepted!! Closed 17 days later and now the fun begins. ⁣

This was a long time in the making!! I’ve known Meag since we were young teenagers back in Orange County. We remained good friend in college where she met her husband PJ 👫⁣

They soon became three with Walter the Pug and shortly after, four with their cute daughter Franny! They definitely needed more space and reached out to me. ⁣
⁣
Meag knew exactly what she wanted and PJ so the supportive husband to help her get exactly what she wanted. After a few months of searching we found “the one” that was in the neighborhood, style, cuteness, and potential they all wanted. ⁣
⁣
With some persistence and determination we were able to get our offer accepted and closed escrow only 21 days later. Was a smooth transaction and couldn’t have asked for better clients! Congrats Meag, PJ, Franny and Walter 👨‍👩‍👧🐶⁣

I get a kick out of helping people achieve their real estate goals! Michael, Anthony and I became friends playing on the kickball league together. They mentioned in conversation about refinancing their condo but what they really wanted was a new house 🏡⁣

Sometimes it takes a different agent to get the deal done. Sascha is a mutual friend and was striking out with his previous agent. Making offers left and right but none were sticking. Finally our mutual friend referred him over to work with me. Our first house we saw together they fell in love. We wrote a great offer and it was accepted!! 🥳⁣

It was another great Compass agent on the other side and was a very smooth transaction. ⁣

You never know who will come into your life or how. Yuliya and I met at an outdoor yoga class last year and quickly became friends 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️⁣

She was skeptical, at first, about buying a home right now. And she is right, it’s competitive out there!! But being the fierce independent woman she is, Yuliya took the plunge and we began looking at houses together. ⁣

As it turns out fate stepped in and her offer on this fully remodeled 3bd/2ba house with a pool got accepted, beating out 31 other offers!! So amazing! ⁣

Another Remodel Complete! ✅⁣

After months of remodeling phase 1 of our duplex in Grant Hill is complete! We revitalized the interior of this historic craftsman home adding a proper laundry room and modernizing the kitchen & bathroom. ⁣
⁣
The exterior got a fresh coat of our signature black & white paint as well as some drought tolerant plants to give it some life. ⁣
⁣
Tenants have moved in and love the place! Next step is adding the ADU and maximizing the use of the lot. Super excited for the next phase! Stay tuned and watch for more updates. @ Grant Hill

Kayley and her husband, Monty (not pictured bc he's working, haha), began their home search just before the holidays a few months ago.

They found this lush home tucked away in North Park and submitted an offer over Thanksgiving Day weekend. Theirs was one of 6 other offers!

So I quickly went to work negotiating on Kayley & Monty's behalf. By using some creative tactics, I was able to convince the seller to counter only with us. He agreed and we quickly went into escrow after just one round of negotiations.

It was a challenging escrow, but through it I gained the seller's trust and confidence. So much that, in the end, the home's seller asked me to represent him on selling their condo in Electra! It just goes to show that integrity and patience pays off.

A huge congratulations to Kayley & Monty on your new home. I just know you are going to love it! ❤
