After a few months of searching for the perfect fit, I’m honored to announce that I have strategically partnered with local leaders in the industry under .

Hard work, kindness and collaboration are some of Real’s core tenets. Their mission is to revolutionize the real estate process, with the goal of making agents and clients’ lives better.

The put it all on the line at the championships, and brought home 3rd place!

We’re proud of the Champs. Their passion and perseverance spoke volumes about their character, and carried them to a hard fought placement.

Flying the boys out to Florida meant a lot to Coach Montae and his staff. The trip showed their kids that there's a whole lotta world out there, beyond their neighborhoods.

Experiences like this empower the boys to dream big and cultivate the confidence to follow through.

It's been our privilege supporting the AZ Champs, and thank you to everybody who partnered with us in raising funds for them!

The are headed to the National Championships!

The AZ Champs are 1 of 8 teams from around the country that will be competing for the National Championship in Florida. We're honored to support the AZ Champs by fundraising for their trip.

In November, $3,400 in funds were generated from the homes closed by & the Wexler Real Estate team, and the matching contributions of Austin Bates of .

Through real estate, we've raised $10,800 in total to help cover travel, room and boarding expenses for the players and coaches.

For Head Coach Montae McFarland and his staff, football represents more than just a sport;
it's a tool that empowers their kids to create opportunities for themselves, achieve goals, and shape their futures.

We're proud of the Champs' hard work and dedication, and we're rooting for them to clinch the championship!

Join us on Monday November 21st at DC Ranch in Scottsdale for a Center food drive!

We've had the pleasure of working with Harvest Compassion Center in the past. It's our privilege to partner with them again to help increase their impact.

In 2021, Harvest Compassion served over 45,000 individuals at their locations, and distributed over 377,000 pounds of food, hygiene and baby items!

The youth football team were supported with $2,600 in fundraising from September's real estate activity!

The 13 homes that and the Wexler Real Estate team closed last month generated $1,300 in direct support, which was matched by Austin Bates of .

The $5,000 raised so far will pay for travel, room and boarding expenses for the team's trip to Florida (27 players and 8 coaches).

Coach Montae and his team turn no child away for lack of financial means, and they work tirelessly to raise funds to provide life-changing opportunities and support to their athletes.

$2,400 closer to a Youth National Championship!

The Arizona Champions () have a National Championship in Florida to win in December, and we're helping them get there!

In August, the 12 homes closed by Tim and his Wexler Real Estate team generated $1,200 in fundraising, and our fundraising efforts were further compounded by our Matching Partner, Austin Bates of VIP Mortgage.

The $2,400 raised will pay for travel, room and boarding expenses for the team's trip to Florida (27 players and 8 coaches).

Coach Montae (Head Coach of the AZ Champs) and his team turn no child away for lack of financial means, and they work tirelessly to raise funds to provide life-changing opportunities and support to their athletes.

One of Coach Montae's most profound lines is "A child on the field is a child off the streets." We're blown away by his commitment to these kids and creating a ripple effect of good in their communities.

Teaching critical life lessons to kids from the inner city through the sport of football.

That’s what the Arizona Champions () youth football organization is all about.

I had the pleasure of sitting down with AZ Champions’ Head Coach, Coach Montae, about his talented team, his commitment to them & their development, & the impetus behind creating this football team as an outlet for youth in the inner city:
“A child on the field is a child off the streets.”

For Coach Montae, coaching football is so much more than love for the sport; it also presents an opportunity to change the economic landscape of the communities the kids come from.

Because of their caliber of talent, work ethic & character, many athletes he's coached have received scholarship offers from colleges across the US. With the scholarships, his boys get a free education & lay the groundwork for their financial prosperity, which has a ripple effect on the neighborhoods they come from.

Prior to starting Homes for Good, I founded my first company, Pledger, on the idea that all teams & athletes are great, but that wasn't the entire story.

True greatness bolsters an athlete's & team's purpose; it embodies the capacity to think beyond themselves & to give back to those who support them. To me, sport has always had a bigger purpose than to just entertain & generate profit – it's been a platform that drives human connection & empowers generations of people through giving back.

Coach is a sterling example of a servant leader, pouring everything he has into these kids & their families.

I’m thrilled to let you know that Homes for Good will be partnering with the Arizona Champions in their fundraising efforts for the upcoming season. It's an honor to support them where we can & help these kids accomplish their goals!

With the continued support from Brett, Deana, Symmetry Realty, and a generous contribution from the Pine Canyon Members during this year's 4th of July Celebration, $7,000 has been donated to helping the residents within the 29 households of Sharon Manor (.sm) during Q2.

Since 1999, over 1,500 homeless adults and children have been empowered through the Sharon Manor program. Sharon Manor helps homeless survivors of domestic violence and their children on their journey out of violence and poverty into economic independence, safety, health, and self-sufficiency.

It's an honor to partner with like-minded Change Agents who earnestly care for the health and flourishing of their communities. They do so by playing an active role in supporting families in dire need of assistance, and bridge the gap between transactions and transformation.

190 AZ foster kids empowered to date!

The 13 homes closed by Tim and his Wexler team in June generated $1,300 in direct donations to , and over $12K to date!

The money has helped serve the needs of foster kids in the system and in kinship care. Kinship care is the temporary placement of a child with a family member or someone close to the family. The ultimate goal of kinship care is for the child to reunify with their birth family.

We've been inspired by Giving Sole's commitment to caring for AZ foster children ever since we partnered with them at the beginning of 2019.

“One wouldn’t usually see a link between the worlds of sports and real estate, but Tim McBride tapped into his past experience to become a top-rated real estate agent in Scottsdale.

Before jumping into residential real estate in 2017, Tim spent the previous 12 years working in the sports agency, entertainment and marketing realm. “My career began in Los Angeles, where my dream was to become a sports agent. To be a Change Agent is to be both Warrior and Shepherd; to build cultural currency that goes far beyond a resume of transactions and titles.

If you know me and the Homes for Good origin story, then you know that the industry of sport has been, and always will be, a source where I seek inspiration to help me build my brand and business.

This particular quote from Greg Hoffman (), former CMO and author of , really resonated with me and how I want to operate in both my personal and business lives, while also articulating what it means to be a Change Agent.

As you know, I founded Homes for Good in January 2018 with a desire to do something different & to create a movement that reshaped the narrative:
• to shift the focus from transactions to transformation,
• to have a greater sense of purpose,
• to elevate my standard of service to meet both the needs of my clients and the immediate needs of the surrounding communities.

I believe that community transformation starts with transparent motives, candid conversations about the needs of our neighbors, and an authentic commitment to doing good.

As the real estate landscape continues to evolve, high quality service and care from agents will no longer just be a selling point; it will be the norm.
