“He basically plays Monopoly in real life...”

Why didn’t I think of this sooner?! My son Kaden asked me a couple years ago how to explain to his friends what I do for work. After a long drawn out explanation and a glazed over look, I finally said to him, “I basically get to play Monopoly in real life everyday!” He immediately got it! Now everybody else in the family is able to easily explain it too ✅

How blessed I am to be able to invest in real estate full time and to get to teach others how to do it too! The game is as fun to me in real life as it is playing the board game.

Although I’ve made money multiple ways in my real estate investing endeavors (and lost some too), and I’ve been able to climb out of a deep hole of debt not once, but twice, by fixing and flipping houses...🤯🤯
..my favorite model for investing continues to be creating passive income through a long term rental property, lease option contract or a carrying back a seller financed note with the buyer who used us as their bank!

Consistent passive income every month is a game changer! I’ve chased passive income my whole adult life and no other vehicle has compared to how “real” real estate is! 🏘🏘🏘

It has given me flexibility to control my own schedule and do what I want when I want to.

It has also given me an unlimited earning potential that I didn’t have elsewhere.

A growing family living in sunny San Diego has forced me to sell off several of the golden geese that lay golden eggs that I’ve built up when we needed lump sums to keep the train rolling,,,but we are charging to that financial freedom goal full steam ahead!! 📬 📬 It’s all about that mailbox money!

I LOVE podcasts!! What’s your favorite podcast? Please share in the comments below. 👇🏻👇🏻 I listen at the gym. I listen in my car. I listen when I wake up. I listen when I go to bed. I listen before I write marketing copy. I listen when I travel. I binge listen on Sundays. I’m teaching my kids to listen to them and to love to learn.

We have 24/7 access to the most amazing knowledge base right at our fingertips! 👏🏻👏🏻 I am so grateful for this amazing technology advance! What did we do before podcasts? I remember my SONY Walkman that I used to listen to training and motivational cassette tapes in my college and newly wed years in network marketing. I’d developed a love of learning as a missionary learning and sharing eternal truths...and it has continued to this day.

The portable CD players and MP3 players have been traded out for my iPhone...I’m still converting all my favorite educational programs on CDs to iTunes and still pop in CDs to an external CD drive attached to my desktop that’s now outdated with my new laptop 😢😢 I read this scripture recently and I’m SO grateful for those people who’ve invested the time to publish their podcasts... 118 And as all have not faith, seek ye diligently and teach one another words of wisdom; yea, seek ye out of the best books words of wisdom; seek learning, even by study and also by faith.

I’ve been wanting to create my own podcast for years and with so much going on in my life I have given in to the “I have no time” excuse...until today! I’ve officially set a launch date of Monday, December 17th for my own podcast.
