🦅 NIC KORBA, HOME WATCH SPECIALIST - Nic , a Martha's Vineyard Regional High School & Bentley University graduate, honed exceptional customer service skills as an Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch manager. Soon after, he and his wife, Mary, decided to move back to the island to start a family. Nic has been a dedicated Real Estate professional since 2013, bringing a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude to assist clients.

🦅 TERRY WILLIAMS, HOME WATCH SPECIALIST - Terry , an artist and caretaker, moved to Martha’s Vineyard in 2013 after 20 years as a paint contractor and muralist in south Florida. With expertise in home repair, Terry is excited to contribute his skills to Osprey Home Watch.

🦅 MEET MARANDA, OWNER/MARKETING/CLIENT RELATIONS/HOME WATCH SPECIALIST - Originally from Central Illinois, Maranda's .post journey led her to Paris, France to pursue a business degree and then to San Diego, where she thrived as an Event Planner for large hotels. Maranda transitioned to Real Estate in 2020, during the pandemic, when they relocated to Martha's Vineyard. In 2021, they welcomed their amazing son Theodore, and in 2023, Maranda's entrepreneurial path aligned with Osprey Home Watch .
