Another huge congrats to my clients Ahmad and Leila!! 🥳 We had been searching for a few months and with a market that has had historically low inventory levels finding that perfect home was a slight challenge. A HUGEE Congrats to my friends and clients and trusting me to help you two find your dream first home together! Also huge congrats an on the engagement. It’s so executing to see everything fall in place for you two! Both of you made this process extremely smooth and flawless, so thank you for that!!

We were able to find them a home in under a week, beat out multiple other offers and still got the home $10,000 below asking price. During escrow I was able to negotiate them $8,000 of credit towards their closing cost as well as a less than 2 year old high end washer and dryer!

Closing days like this are a major reason I love this industry and my job. It brings me so much joy to see all my clients be able to truly call a place home!
