This one was special because it wasn’t just a client…..it was my neighbor and friend.
A few months ago, his father passed away 💔. He reached out to me for guidance on what to do with his parents home in San Dimas. After talking through options like keeping it in the family, renting it, or selling, he and his mom decided to sell so she could move in with him and have peace of mind.
The home needed major updates and there was a lot to sort through, but I got to work. With the right timing, strategy, and connections, I reached out to my friend .mendezz who introduced me to who happened to have the perfect buyer ready to go. 🙌🏼
