Daylight Saving Time, otherwise known as when we “spring ahead,” begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday March 12, 2017. Most clocks, such as those on cell phones and computers will update automatically overnight, moving forward from 2am to 3am. But other household clocks such as those on alarm clocks, microwaves, stoves and car radios have to be manually updated.

Daylight Saving Time 2017 begins on Sunday March 12 at 2am. You will need to move your clocks forward one hour to observe the time change and spring ahead.
