🏡 I’ve been in the business of helping people buy and sell real estate for over 30 years and this last year was one of the most profound since 2008. It started with as much juice as the previous year but quickly changed as rates jumped up in June.
🤓 All my experience of years past came to good use as I helped buyers and sellers navigate a changing market. I did this by utilizing my vast knowledge of real estate and educating them on what to expect, and how to price their homes and helped buyers negotiate deals while they started to get some leverage back.
🤝 As the year went on, I carried with me a humble attitude and was fortunate to have the opportunity to give back to our community. It was deeply moving to dedicate hours to Saddles in Service, a local non-profit whose mission is to combat the su***de rates of Veterans, Active Duty Military, and First Responders; as well, it was my privilege to assist East County Large Animal Evacuation at the border fire. 🙏
