Adapting to COVID-19 with the best minds in Real Estate!

We were supposed to have our first meeting of the year this week, but obviously we can't do that. Instead we decided to host a virtual mini-mastermind to talk about how our members and guests are dealing with the changes brought on by the Coronavirus.

Today's Peer Learning Group w/ some amazing business people. A big theme was staying consistent and focusing on what you can control during this time of uncertainty. Brian J Burds double the number of calls his team will be making to buyers and sellers. Brian Canady also added 4 hours of prospecting time to his teams schedule.

Fred Weaver Added another sales meeting to talk with his team about how they can best serve their clients during this time.

We wrote a story how Member Spring Bengtzen in Utah modeled a recruiting strategy from another member and grew from $1.5 million to $3.0 million GCI in 2 years!

Take a look at how many agents show up to her training events now. It's incredible. She just started her own brokerage with Realty One, too. Great work Spring!
