I hope this email finds you healthy and safe during this unprecedented time in our history. My heart goes out to those who have been affected by this COVID 19 pandemic.
So much has changed in the real estate market, yet much has stayed the same. Homes are still being purchased and sold everyday. My team is still working to help our clients achieve their real estate goals everyday.
You may ask: Why would someone buy a home now?
Several reasons! Not only are interest rates still extremely low, but many buyers are sitting on the sidelines, waiting to see what's going to happen. In the meantime, sellers who need to sell are still open to showings and offers. What that means to a buyer is less competition for great listings. Once the COVID 19 pandemic starts to settle down, we may see a flood of buyers back in the market, perhaps with bidding wars for listings.

VIEWING HOMES VIRTUALLY:
I am happy to preview homes you are interested in by offering a walk through virtual tour**. I can also obtain additional information on properties not shared online.
PRIVATE SHOWINGS:
With regard to social and physical distancing, I can arrange for private showings**, with no other people in attendance. I will take precautions to ensure your health and safety, like providing booties and hand santizer.
