Everyone’s watching and talking about the newest listings. There’s even some adrenaline in the air!

What I’ve seen, though, might surprise you. The buyers and sellers who “win” in April aren’t the ones moving the fastest or throwing out Hail Marys.

They’re the ones who had a clear plan before the homes started flying off the market. 🏡
